好久没写日记了,不知道是不是不写日记了,反而离开目标越来越远。2021年4月15日,是在理文纸厂工作最后一天,在这之前已经一直开心不起来,从原本非常拼搏的一个人,变成逃避问题,连最基本的物流工作都讨厌了,再加上睡眠不好。在三月的时候,终于觉得问题似乎不能解决,然后在网上自我测验,才得知那是忧郁症的征兆。
不过所幸,这次决定做得对,也许如Jim Carey 所说: "Depression is your avatar telling you it's tired of being the character you're trying to play. "也许这是真的,理文的压力,自己业余的事更是这次的压倒自己最好一根稻草,逼死自己,正视自己的性格,处事的态度。更重要的是如何保持年3轻时的冲劲,也许这是让自己的能力提升。 就如理文师傅-Markson Wong -黄学年的座右銘:勇敢面对人生,展望未来!做事踏踏實實,对事不对人!以诚待人!天天学习!
以下,将会是日记所纪要:这次忧郁症康复之旅。之前都是在FB写的,从第15天开始,改为这里开始写日记.
Day 15 Recovery - 2021, April 30
Have being offline - but lack of persistence to set off targets for daily to get relax. However, managed to have sports at home via Ring Fit for Mon - Wed ,
Below is the sumarry for day 11 - 14 (26 Apr 2021 - 29 Apr 2021)
Day 11 - Mon (2021, 26 Apr 2021) : Stay at home until 4 pm + Have social meet up with friends from forwarding agents
Day 12 - Tues (2021, 27 Apr 2021) - Sports at home in morning + visited IKEA to buy accessories / solid wood clothes hanger (but surprising can't find and get it elsewhere in a small furniture shop in Pusat Bandar Puchong-Tmn Wawasan) + Bought a costly relaxed armchair to pamper myself + Dinner with friends at Gamuda Walk)
Day 13 - Wed (2021, 28 Apr 2021) - Stay home at home until 6pm + Grab out to Rimbayu to celebrate birthday for ex-colleagues .However, have a poor sleep due to missing my passed away beloved friend at U.S.
Day 14 - Thurs (2021 - 29 Apr 2021) - Can't sleep from 1am -4 am +. However, gladful to have brothers & wife's companion to natural environment to visit Sungai Congkak , but it being close down due to Holiday. End up, we visit another Sungai Gabai Waterfall elsewhere nearby (Within 15 km radius, half an hour drive). Lunch at Veg Fish Farm Thai Restaurant + take away my favorite coffee (double dose - black & white) at Publika Room 203. Rest at home + duplicate keys at Lotus (Tesco Extra)
FAILED to DO LIST + Needed Persistent - To DO LIST -Week 1- Day 1- 9 (16 Apr 2021- 24 Apr 2021) :
FAILED To-Do- List = target for day 10 - day 16 (16 Apr 2021 - 24 Apr 2021)
1) Read 2 books at " Tanah & Air" & some other Cafe perhaps (One Thing + Another Chinese Book)
2) Fine tune my Biological clock ? How? Inner PEace? Calmness? Reduce the outing as now Covid 19 cases raising for past a week, but that's contradicting... As the reason go out , is to find distractive ways in order not to be negative .
To-Do-List which needed to be persistent at all time even I have full recovery:
3) Maintaining physical health at minimum by keeping sports via Ring Fit-Nintendo Switch (which minimum target of get sweating on daily basis to release stress)
4) Listen to motivational speech from youtube, it can be numerous speech by listening, but choose the best insipired of the day -> take action to record such video speech into words, as words + listening will plant these positive mindset into habits.
FAILED to DO LIST + Needed Persistent - To DO LIST -Week 2- Day 10 - 14 (25 Apr 2021- 29 Apr 2021) :
FAILED To-Do- List = target for day 10 - day 14 (25 Apr 2021 - 29 Apr 2021)
1) LESSER speech listen for day 11 - 14 : Listen to motivational speech from youtube, it can be numerous speech by listening, but choose the best insipired of the day -> take action to record such video speech into words, as words + listening will plant these positive mindset into habits.

FURTHER/ TOP UP OF TO DO LIST:
1) SELF -DEVELOPMENT - EXCEL SKILLS + OTHER SKILLS REQUIRED (NEW SYSTEM, NEW INDUSTRY PRACTICE - ESPECIALLY AFTER COVID 19 PANDEMIC)
2) NEW CHARACTER BUILDING UP : MAINLY FOCUS ON PERSISTENT BUILT UP.
In Summary, EVERY MORNING - THROW AWAY PHONE / ISSUES / 3C ITEMS , 5 - 10 MINUTES FILL WITH POSITIVE MINDSET -> SPORTS - TO HAVE UNBREAKABLE ENERGY DESPITE ANY FAILURES / OBSTACLES ARISE.SET TARGET FOR OWNSELF TO ACHIEVE IT.

二。不在乎工作环境专心致志
三。不抱怨经常反省自己唉又错了!

五。牌好牌坏都努力往更好的方向调整-去做
六。不管跟谁搭档照样努力
七。对于工作使用的工作不挑剔一样顺手
八。最主要是从不嫌弃工作时间长
